This swooner by Danish born singer-songwriter, Alex Vargas may be named "Shackled Up".... but that's NOT how it feels.  It's master (singer?) Mr. Vargas has a vocal range sans floor or ceiling.  He just let's it all go..... and man, does it flyyyyyyy.
