Matt Corby's "Monday"

I know, I know, this would be an amazing song to post on a Monday, but, I don't wanna wait audiophiles... patient in the hunt for good music I may be, but patient to share I am not (said Yoda?).

On October 1 2015, Matt Corby released "Monday", from his debut album, Telluric. It was the first time Mr. Corby had sung a new song for us in 2 years.

It was completely worth the wait.

Mr. Corby's deep, luscious vocals and sensitive harmonies really feel so good in my ears.  Coupled with those folksie boom-claps, attuned falsetto and heartbreaking lyrics... the confession of a prodigal son who decided not to return..."Monday" becomes a full fledged repeater.  One that I'll listen to till it sings to me in a perfect note for note seranade. even while sitting in complete silence.

Take a listen ⬇️Click and swoon⬇️

Love,
